ORDERING INFORMATION

You can place your order with me either by telephone or email.
I require a 50% deposit with your order (first come, first served). The balance of the payment, including freight and crating costs, is due upon completion of the piece and before shipment. You will be notified approximately 10 days before the actual shipping date.
I carry a limited lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. If any chair is found to be defective, at my discretion, I will repair or replace any defective parts or materials. Damage due to accidents, misuse, or neglect will not be covered under warranty. Should a chair need to be returned for repair, charges to ship the chair to me shall be paid for by the customer, and I will pay for the return shipment charge.
Personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders are accepted.
Rhode Island requires 7% Sales Tax to all orders sold or delivered in Rhode Island.
